Lecture
Starting Research: How do I get started?
Friday 13 November, 13:00 - 14:00
Zoom
Beginning a research project can feel overwhelming, especially when you are unsure how to choose a topic, find a research question, or locate relevant sources. In this webinar, you will learn practical strategies for getting started, including how to identify a research problem, conduct preliminary literature searches, develop research questions, and organise your ideas before you begin writing.
The lecture is part of the Writing Centre's series of short, focused sessions designed to support your academic writing and study skills.
The webinar is on Zoom and is suitable for students at all levels of study. There will be opportunities to ask questions and reflect on your own research process and academic writing. Link will be provided upon registration.
