Writing Lecture: Writing Academically
Friday 18 September, 13:00 - 14:00
Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration)
How do I write and think academically?
Learn how academic writing differs from simply presenting information and discover how to develop your own arguments by engaging with research, evidence, and different perspectives. Explore the idea of academic writing as a conversation where you contribute your own informed voice.
The lecture is part of the Writing Centre's series of short, focused sessions designed to support your academic writing and study skills.
The webinar is suitable for students at all levels of study. There will be opportunities to ask questions and reflect on your own research process and academic writing.
