Epoisode 2.5: Green travel as a student
What is it really like to cycle all the way from Sweden to Spain? In this episode, Paula and
Olivia hear an inspiring story from Mostafa about adventure, perseverance, and
environmental awareness. They talk about both the challenges and highlights along the way,
what inspired the choice of cycling as a means of transport, and how to balance costs with the
benefits of travelling green.
Together with Mostafa and their second guest, Rebecca, who works at the International
Office at Malmö University, they explore practical tips for students who want to travel
sustainably on a limited budget, both locally and internationally. They discuss how exchange
students can integrate green travel into their daily lives, the challenges and opportunities
involved, and the financial support that Erasmus+ can offer to make eco-friendly travel
choices easier.
